Terms of service

Effective October 4, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and BucuBux for your use of BucuBux.

The service

BucuBux brings your financial accounts together, shows balances, spending and reports, and sends alerts you choose. It is for your information only and is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Data comes from your banks through Plaid and may be delayed or incomplete; check important figures with your bank.

Your account

Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for people you invite to your BucuBux and the roles you give them.

Alerts

Alerts, including possible-fraud alerts, help you notice things; they don't block charges or replace your bank's own fraud protection. Contact your bank right away about any charge you don't recognize. Text alerts are covered by our text message terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse BucuBux: no access to accounts that aren't yours or that you aren't authorized to view, no attempts to break or overload the service, and nothing unlawful.

Changes and ending

We may update BucuBux and these terms; we'll tell you about important changes. You can stop using BucuBux and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Liability

BucuBux is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for losses from data that was delayed, incomplete or wrong.
